Each feast consists of four separate courses that may overlap each other to ensure that there is always food on the table!
First Course: Fisherman's chowder or Clam chowder served with freshly baked sourdough bread.
Second Course: Bucket of mixed local Hood Canal clams and Penn Cove Mussels.
Third Course: Tossed green salad with choice of dressing.
Fourth Course: Your choice of the following seafood feast: Eating raw or undercooked meats, poultry, eggs, fish or shellfish may increase your risk of food borne illness, especially if you are a young child, and older adult, or have certain immune compromising illnesses.
