Ludi's is truly a gem in the heart of Seattle!
From the outside, it looks simply like a greasy spoon, however, on the inside, well, ok, it is a little greasy spoon, but it is delightful , it is hands down one of the best breakfasts in downtown Seattle on terms of availabili ss of the staff, the variety of menu selections ( breakfast all day, also!)
, service, and expedience .
They offer a nice taste of Filipino, Polynesian , and American dishes, and are flexible with some substituti ons.
They also refill drinks, especially coffee ( they have really nice and hot coffee, as opposed to lukewarm or sort of hot, it truly is like fresh percolated !)
