Cafe Solstice started in the heart of Capitol Hill as a coffee cart run by Doug Sowers and Joel Wood.
Both locations serve Lighthouse Coffee, local beers and wines, homemade pasteries, and Solstice’s unique blend of custom teas.
The Capitol Hill location goes a step further with beer on tap, a full menu and take out orders.
