Burgundian has 22 rotating craft beers and ciders on draft, a refined selection of Whiskeys, Bourbons, Tequilas and Mezcals, and a list of house craft cocktails, as well as some classics, though our experienced bartenders are happy to make whatever our extensive bar can accommodate.
Burgundian also features weekly specials such as $5 off Chicken and Waffles on Thursdays, as well as Power Hour Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 pm.
The Burgundians were celebrated patrons of the arts in the fourteenth and fifteenth century.
They held an extravagant court in what is modern day Brussels, although their abundant taste for architecture, music, fine art, fermentology and gastronomy was prevalent throughout Europe.
In Belgium today, Burgundian is synonymous with one who indulges and delights in earthly pleasures, or to put it another way, “a taste for the good life”.
