; not solely for pho, but I saw something on FB a few months ago and thought, “The next time I go to Seattle, I’ve got to get to this place.”
The food was delicious, que is that I prefer the thin vermicelli type noodles over the wide Chinese noodle.
It seems there’s a challenge that you eat the equivalent of 3 pounds of meat, 3 pounds of noodles, and a gallon of broth under a certain time and you win a hefty chunk of change.
